Fuel Line Set 2002 Escalade EXT 2500 /2500 SUT (Sport Utility Truck) 2WD & AWD 6.0L (LQ4) Gas.

Please Note: To install the fuel lines around the crossmember easier, you will support the crossmember and remove the bracket that connects it to the frame (2 bolts). Install the fuel lines into place, replace the bracket (2 bolts), then remove the support.

Nylon Lines Between Fuel Lines and Fuel Tank:

Nylon lines between the fuel line and the fuel tank are not included. We do not make the nylon lines for this vehicle. However, you can purchase a nylon repair kit, 3071-01, which will attach to your existing nylon line providing a new connector for the supply and return lines to connect to.

Nylon Line Attached to Vapor Line

The nylon line attached to the new vapor line is not a direct replacement. It is only a section of nylon line that will splice to the original nylon line on the vehicle.

On the opposite end of the original nylon line, there are connectors. These connectors may be damaged during removal. If so, we offer repair kits with new OEM connectors. These will, also, need to be spliced onto the original nylon line.

3071-01 includes 1 - 3/8” Nylon Line, 1 - 5/16” Nylon Line, 90° quick connectors
