How much is shipping?
It depends. LinesToGo offers free UPS Next Day, 2-Day, and Ground shipping throughout Canada and the continental United States. We ship all over the world, so if you’re located outside of Canada and the United States, you will receive a shipping quote during the checkout process.
What shipping methods do you offer?
LinesToGo offers free UPS Next Day, 2-Day, and Ground shipping to Canada and most US states, For international orders and non-mainland USA and Canada orders, you will be presented with all available options at checkout.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
All UPS Next Day and 2 Day orders received before 2:30pm EST will be shipped out the same day. All UPS Ground orders received before 4:00pm EST will be shipped out the same day, and have an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. 95% of LinesToGo orders ship within these time frames. If your order met these requirements and cannot ship the same day, you will be notified by our customer service team. LinesToGo does not process orders on weekends or holidays.
How long does shipping take?

Are shipping times guaranteed?
No. Neither LinesToGo nor UPS are able to guarantee shipping times due to circumstances out of our control such as customs delays, weather related incidents, etc.
If I ordered a part that’s out of stock or a special order, when will it ship?
As the manufacturer, it is rare that our parts are out of stock. In extremely rare cases, we will offer LinesToGo items available for preorder with a future ship date.
Am I required to sign for my delivery?
All LinesToGo purchases are shipped “No Signature Required”. However, there may be the odd time the driver requires a signature.
What if the product is damaged in transit?
If a part arrives damaged, please keep the box and contact our LinesToGo team immediately at 855-781-5992.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
There is no cost for return shipping, but your return may be charged a 30% restocking fee.
Do you ship to AK, HI, and US territories?
Yes, and you will receive a shipping rate quote during checkout.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APOs/FPOs?
Sorry, no. UPS only allows us to ship to physical addresses
How can I be sure you’re shipping me parts that will fit my vehicle?
You can contact our LinesToGo customer support team who is happy to confirm if a part will fit your vehicle. You can also add your VIN to the order notes section of your order, and we will verify fitment of all parts before shipping.
What happens if I refuse a shipment?
Please don’t refuse a shipment just because you changed your mind. Instead, just accept the shipment and then contact us for a return authorization. If you refuse a shipment, you will be charged a minimum of $100.00 that will be deducted from your refund to cover all incurred costs.
Can I return a purchase?
Absolutely! Our return process is simple - just make sure the part is in its unused, original condition with all parts and hardware. If you’ve ordered incorrectly and need to exchange it for the correct replacement part, you may be eligible for our Destroy-in-Field Program which negates the need to return the original product. Give us a call to make your replacement order, and we can determine if you are eligible for this. If you just want to return the part, it may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

How do I return an item?
You can contact us and a LinesToGo CSR will walk you through the return, or you can start the process online by logging into your account. On the top right of the home page, click “Account” then select “Orders.” Locate the correct order and click “Return Items.” We will receive an email that you want to return your product, and we will send you an email with an RMA (return merchandise authorization) and instructions.
How long do I have to return a product?
LinesToGo accepts eligible returns within 30 days of when your order was purchased.
What if it has been more than 30 days, can I return a product?
Please contact our customer service team to discuss any refund, replacement, or exchange you may need. Please note: We are unable to issue a refund to your credit card for any purchase after 90 days, as merchant processing does not allow this due to fraud prevention services.
What if the product is defective or damaged?
If you received a product that is defective or damaged, please call our LinesToGo team at 855-781-5992 as soon as possible so we can rectify the situation promptly.
What if I need to make a warranty claim and return a purchase?
Contact us first at firstname.lastname@example.org. LinesToGo is happy to honor the warranty of our line assemblies for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. We will replace or give credit for any line assembly shown to be defective in material or workmanship during this period. Find more information on our Warranty page.
Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Hurry! At LinesToGo, we pride ourselves on rapid order processing and frequently ship orders the same day they are received. Some custom order items are not eligible to cancel. If your order has already shipped, you will need to receive it and go through the returns process.
How long will it take to process my refund?
Refunds are processed within 24 hours from when the order is received by our warehouse. Please note that credit card processing times can take up to 7 to 10 business days.
