Shipping & Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund within 45 days of delivery. Returns must include all parts in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within one week of giving your package to the return shipper.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Returns Policy Custom Hoses
There are no refunds or returns on Custom Hoses.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
When you place a FedEx Ground order, you can expect to receive it within 3-5 business days to most locations across Canada and the United States. However, transit times to some Western States may take up to 7 business days or longer to remote locations. There is a delivery time calculator on each product page. Please click the green button on the product page and enter your zip/postal code for exact shipping times.
FedEx International Priority Orders are next business day and FedEx International Economy Orders are two business days. However, FedEx cannot guarantee these shipping times if there are weather or custom delays. Although this is not common, it is a possibility.
If you are placing an order from outside Canada and/or the United States, transit times will be longer and shipping is not included. However, we do ship world wide so if for some reason when entering your order, you are not getting a shipping charge, please call us toll free at 855-781-5992 (local 902-843-3480) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a shipping time and estimate.
