"We bought transmission lines for our 2014 Toyota Tacoma. The first set had the wrong fittings. My husband called and left a message after spending the day trying to get them to go on. We heard from them Monday morning and were told to send pictures of the old fittings and the new ones. They’re definitely different. Nothing Tuesday was heard. Wednesday my better half called back and was told that a coworker was processing the issue. I’m then wrote an email too as this is our only vehicle and we live in the country. We then received emails letting us know the exact details of the resolution annd delivery estimates. Thursday the new lines were on their way! Lines To Go is a caring company that does the right thing. We were relieved to get the new lines and they went in and are currently working. Thank you Lines To Go."
