Stainless Steel braided Teflon Hoses between the fuel lines and the fuel tank for FL588-A, B, C, D, E, F.  If the original steel fuel lines rust inside the quick connectors, it may cause the connector to seize which can make removal very difficult or impossible without destroying the o-rings within the connector. I went to Shenandoah Motors

"I went to Shenandoah Motors our local GMC dealership to purchase stock rubber hoses and they wanted $400.00 for them. I laughed at the guy and left. Found linestogo and got top notch stainless steel braided Teflon hoses for $160.00. These are quality built hoses. Installed them on the fuel pump to the new lines in about 5 minutes."

lbz fuel tank lines

"Purchased the fuel tank flex lines in addition to the stainless lines engine back to fuel cooler (see my separate review on those). I live in a super rust belt and my old original steel lines were about to fail. The project started with a rusted thru fuel sender in the tank. In my case I opted to remove the bed since I also needed to replace the brake lines, shocks, tire winch and a few other rusted stuff. Many recommend removing the bed instead of dropping the tank. I found removing the bed pretty easy. Consequently changing out the fuel tank lines was easy peasy. Follow the instructions that come with the lines. I recommend using the plastic fuel line de-coupler tool (inexpensive at at your local car parts store) . The plastic ones seem to be easier to deal with and they won't damage the metal coupler fins. A bit of WD or PB blaster sprayed on the old rusty couplers before hand helps speed up the disassembly. In less than an hour and I had the old two lines (supply and return) out and the new in. I had much trepidation on the cost and the complexity of the job going in but the quality of the product, ease of installation, and the professionalism of the service I received from "Lines To Go" assures me that I will never have to deal with fuel line issues again!"
