Please Note: Before installing your fuel line, a shipping bend will need to be removed from the lines labeled SA488K313B and SA488K313C. See the video below on how to remove the shipping bend

Nylon Lines Between Fuel Lines and Fuel Tank:

Nylon lines between the fuel line and the fuel tank are not included. We do not make the nylon lines for this vehicle. However, you can purchase a nylon repair kit, 3069-01, which will attach to your existing nylon line providing a new connector for the supply and return lines to connect to.

Nylon Installation Instructions:

Step 1

Cut the new nylon hose in the same position as the original nylon hose.

Step 2

Cut the original nylon hose in the same position as the new nylon hose.

Step 3

Use the original nylon hose with connector and attach it with supplied union to the new nylon hose.

Lines are constructed from Galfan® coated  steel tubing for rust protection with original equipment end forms and fittings and are CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) bent for an easy precise installation

All hoses are made from Stainless Steel Braided Teflon with OE style fittings

"In the end, they get fuel to where they need to go. I would recommend getting the NYLON splicers in addition to this. I found these lines irritating, they are both too short and too long in the wrong places. The when putting the fuel filter in its corresponding bracket location, the line to from the filter to the tank is too long, and the line from the filter to the front of the truck is too short. Trying to move it to compensate means the filter is out of its bracket and unsupported. The color coordination was nice, but routing them from the top of the motor, down along the firewall/trans was a bear. For the price and shipping I cant be mad, but the product can be improved."
