Please Note: Before installing your brake line, a shipping bend will need to be removed from the lines labeled BLD105-05B-SS and BLD105-05C-SS. See the video below on how to remove the shipping bend
1 Line 3/16" from Bottom Front of the Proportioning Valve to the Frame Mounted Junction, 1 Line 3/16" from the Rear of the Master Cylinder to the Front of the Proportioning Valve, 1 Line 3/16" from the Bottom of the Proportioning Valve to the Front of the Rear ABS Motor, 1 Line 3/16" from the front of the Master Cylinder to the Top Rear of the Proportioning Valve, 1 Line 3/16" from the Frame Mounted Junction to the Left Front Brake Hose Connection, 1 Line 3/16" (2 easy to install sections) from the Frame Mounted Junction to the Right Front Brake Hose Connection, 1 Line 3/16" (3 easy to install sections) from Rear of ABS Motor to the Frame mounted Junction then to the Rear axle Hose Connection, Rear Axle Crossover Line (in 2 Sections) from Left to Right over the Top of the Axle
Lines are constructed from Stainless Steel tubing for rust protection with original equipment end forms and fittings and are CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) bent for an easy precise installation
