Nylon Line Attached to Vapor Line: There is a small section of nylon line included which is attached to the vapor line. It is only a section of nylon that will splice to the original nylon line on the vehicle.

Nylon Lines: We do not produce pre-formed nylon lines and they are not included with your fuel lines. However, repair kits are available which will attach to your existing nylon lines providing new connectors for the fuel supply and return lines. The original connections are often seized and damaged during install.

Repair Kit (Connection at Fuel Lines): This is usually required as the original fuel lines are being disconnected from the nylon during install.

3071-01 includes 1 - 3/8” Nylon Line, 1 - 5/16” Nylon Line, 90° quick connectors

6093-01 includes 1 - 3/8” Nylon Line, 1 union, 1 - 90 degree quick connector 3/8" 

Repair Kit (Connection at Sending Unit): This may only be required if you are replacing the sending unit.

Lines are constructed from Galfan® coated  steel tubing for rust protection with original equipment end forms and fittings and are CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) bent for an easy precise installation

All hoses are made from Stainless Steel Braided Teflon with OE style fittings

"Decent set considering it was the cheapest set available for my application-you get what you pay for. The tubing varied slightly from original but appeared to be made from a high quality material. A picture diagram of line placement would be handy."

Good fit

"The lines fit well and matched the stock brackets. I had to bend the larger supply line that goes from the flex fuel sensor to the intake plumbing so that it would mate up with the flexible connector to the flex fuel sensor. I didn't receive any instructions but the lines were marked with letters so you can figure out how they connect. The only confusing part was the evap line that had a nylon hose with a quick connect fitted. Be sure to keep the old one and use the part needed to complete the line. Note that there is a bracket bolted to one of the upper transmission to engine block bolts that you may not be able to remove. I ended up cutting the bracket with a hacksaw blade so that I could remove the lines. I cut just the clip so that I could reuse the bracket."
