Nylon Line Attached to Vapor Line: There is a small section of nylon line included which is attached to the vapor line. It is only a section of nylon that will splice to the original nylon line on the vehicle.

Nylon Lines: We do not produce pre-formed nylon lines and they are not included with your fuel lines. However, repair kits are available which will attach to your existing nylon lines providing new connectors for the fuel supply and return lines. The original connections are often seized and damaged during install.

Repair Kit (Connection at Fuel Lines): This is usually required as the original fuel lines are being disconnected from the nylon during install.

3071-01 includes 1 - 3/8” Nylon Line, 1 - 5/16” Nylon Line, 90° quick connectors

6093-01 includes 1 - 3/8” Nylon Line, 1 union, 1 - 90 degree quick connector 3/8"

Repair Kit (Connection at Sending Unit): This may only be required if you are replacing the sending unit.

3069-01 includes 1 - 3/8” Nylon Line, 1 - 5/16” Nylon Line, 180° quick connectors

"My order arrived in three days. The on line video was very helpful to install the new fuel lines."

"The lines are sturdy and came with everything. I am only giving 4 stars because the bends were not exact to factory, and caused a long struggle to get fastened into the clips. Customer needed vehicle, so there was not time to try re-ordering and hope replacements were better"

Got these lines for my

"Got these lines for my 2003 suburban flex fuel. The quality seems good and the lines were pretty much similar to original equipment except for the vapor line to the canister. The video for the replacement is somewhat misleading. The retainer at the top of the bell housing is difficult to remove and impossible to reinstall, especially on your back. The lines at the fuel tank tend to get seized inside the plastic lines and takes some work to get them out. The level of difficulty is not that easy being a previous Chevrolet mechanic."

2003 Suburban Flex fuel Not to happy

"I am a auto mechanic for 40 plus years, done 100's of lines. Made my own and purchased original and aftermarket fuel and brake lines and so on. 2003 Suburban 4x4 1500 5.3 Z motor. Front lines are at best , fit OK, Rear vent line to tank too long ( I had to bend a loop into it to get it to work) I should have cut off the metal portion on my original line going to the EVAP canister reused it and spliced it into the new vent line with a compression fitting. And don't use the supplied quick connect nylon fitting. You make a 3 piece line for this truck, WHY would you put the splices above the crossmember and the flex fuel sensor? Hard enough to get a wrench on the braided lines, then everything is in the way? You could have made the splices in front of the crossmember ( easier to install) Especially when the braided lines going to the flex sensor are too long, had to bend the front line so the braided hose wouldn't kink. I did call up to order my lines, gave all the information. Maybe I was just the lucky one and received improperly made lines"
