Shop LinesToGo for 2007 Chevy Silverado Truck EZ Install Stainless Steel Fuel Lines - C/K Series 2500HD/3500 Classic and Non-Classic Models 2WD & 4WD Crew Cab 6.5ft & 8ft Beds w/Fuel Cooler Line w/engine code LBZ or LMM (Non Classic) or LLY (Eighth VIN Digit D) for 6.6L Duramax Diesel.

Not Included in Set: Hoses between fuel line and fuel tank 5069-01A and Cooler Connector Lines FL591-A1G or SS591-A1G. These parts are available for purchase separately.

Please Note: Original equipment Silverado/ Sierra front fuel line sections can be difficult to install from the engine connections down to the frame rail. These LinesToGo 887 Series come with front flexible stainless steel braided Teflon hoses, making a difficult and time consuming job, a whole lot easier and faster. Routing clips and hardware included.

Installation Note: Remove the plastic clips that secure the front fuel lines from the transmission forward, leaving the metal brackets they are attached to. Install the new front fuel lines into position and connect both ends. Secure the fuel lines to the original metal brackets using the clamps supplied in the kit. Adjust the clamp position and angle so that the fuel lines do not make contact with the vehicle anywhere except for at the clamps.

Please Note: If you have purchased an aftermarket replacement fuel cooler, the fuel cooler connector lines attached to the fuel cooler may be different than the OEM fuel cooler connector lines. As shown in Illustration A, the aftermarket fuel cooler connector lines are made with a straight sharp edge. When these are plugged into the fuel cooler line, they will cut the O-ring inside the connector causing a leak. If you wish to replace the fuel cooler connector lines before installation of the fuel cooler line, they are available to purchase under part number FL591-A as shown in Illustration B

We are unable to warranty any of our products that are damaged by aftermarket fuel cooler connector lines

Perfection

"Top quality lines, snapped right into all the factory holders on the frame and were bent correctly. Glad to take the lines off the trans and got them further away from the exhaust manifold like the originals ran. Glad I was able to find all these in one kit. Thanks"

Install review

"The install was not as easy as video said. Product quality and the rigid tubing fit was good. The instructions and video were not clear about where the provided rubber banded clamps with nut/bolt were to mounted to frame, engine, trans where the flex lines that rise from trans to engine. I ended up removing the old plastic snap clips and used 2 of 3 metal brackets from old plastic clips and secured the 3rd clamp to the body to keep flex lines a few inches away from the exhaust manifold to avoid contact. Also, I couldn’t remove the existing 1/2” supply line from its quick connect at the fuel tank because existing male tubing/line was stuck inside the female side of the quick connect despite using special tool and the existing male tube broke off at the female quick connect, so I had to cut off the fuel tank female disconnect with a tube cutter and install a 4” long “spool-piece” of 1/2” rubber fuel line to “splice” the new lines to go supply to the existing fuel tank supply line. Maybe add tips on how to remove existing fuel lines that are “stuck” in the existing quick-connects"

Having ordered lines from Amazon

"Having ordered lines from Amazon and waiting almost two months was lucky enough to find your website on an older post from someone who had the same problem I did. Was absolutely stunned to order the lines from you and receiving them in two days. Would have been one except ups only delivers to our county three days a week. Also found you tubes that helped install the lines. Your company made this whole process almost enjoyable."
