Nylon Line Attached to Vapor Line: There is a small section of nylon line included which is attached to the vapor line. It is only a section of nylon that will splice to the original nylon line on the vehicle.

Nylon Lines: We do not produce pre-formed nylon lines and they are not included with your fuel lines. However, repair kits are available which will attach to your existing nylon lines providing new connectors for the fuel supply and return lines. The original connections are often seized and damaged during install.

Repair Kit (Connection at Fuel Lines): This is usually required as the original fuel lines are being disconnected from the nylon during install.

3071-01 includes 2 Nylon Lines: 1 - 3/8" & 1 - 5/16", 2 Unions, 2 Quick Connectors 1- 3/8 & 1- 5/16" 90 Degree

6093-01 includes 1 nylon line 3/8", 1 union, 1 quick connector 3/8" 90 degree

Repair Kit (Connection at Sending Unit): This may only be required if you are replacing the sending unit.

Lines are constructed from Galfan® coated steel tubing for rust protection with original equipment end forms and fittings and are CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) bent for an easy precise installation.

Missing last bend in steel line

"Lines fit. Arrived quick. But in the engine bay on the vapor line, there was more length of vinyl compared to old. This caused the last bend in the steel to be replaced by vinyl and therefore didn’t have a bend in it, and it was nearly impossible to get the vinyl to not kink in that spot."

Not perfect, front and back

"Not perfect, front and back lines were mismatched with the blue and green dots. Both rear lines had the low pressure type plastic clip. (High pressure clip had to be removed. Bends are mostly close. Under hood high pressure line uses more hose in place of factory formed lines, so extra length to go around corners."

Nylon fuel line was bent just above the clamp

"The nylon fuel line was bent just above the clamp. I had to remove the clamp and remove the line and improvise a new fitti g so I could complete the hook-up to the purge solenoid sensor. Expensive purchase to open and discover the line crimped right out of the box."

The lines looked fine but

"The lines looked fine but they were not correct for the application. I inquired on my initial contact about my needs and was insured that they were correct but after receiving them and rendering my vehicle useless, found that they were infact not correct. Then had to get towed to a dealership and they also concurred that the lines were incorrect because of the of no ABS system on my car.Now I'm being charged a 30% restock fee for your error. I don't think that is right, but I guess I have no recourse."
