Nylon Line Attached to Vapor Line: There is a small section of nylon line included which is attached to the vapor line. It is only a section of nylon that will splice to the original nylon line on the vehicle.

Nylon Lines: We do not produce pre-formed nylon lines and they are not included with your fuel lines. However, repair kits are available which will attach to your existing nylon lines providing new connectors for the fuel supply and return lines. The original connections are often seized and damaged during install.

Repair Kit (Connection at Fuel Lines): This is usually required as the original fuel lines are being disconnected from the nylon during install.

3070-01 includes 2 Nylon Lines 3/8", 2 Unions 3/8", 2 Quick Connectors 3/8"

6093-01 includes 1 nylon line 3/8", 1 union, 1 quick connector 3/8"  90 degree

Repair Kit (Connection at Sending Unit): This may only be required if you are replacing the sending unit.

Lines are constructed from Galfan® coated steel tubing for rust protection with original equipment end forms and fittings and are CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) bent for an easy precise installation.

Hoses are made from Aramid Braided Teflon with OE style fittings: SA450QBS-45

Hose meets or exceeds applicable SAE Specifications – SAE J30R7: FI-504250

Way, Way easier than bending

"Way, Way easier than bending your own. The pressure line section, going to the motor, needed a lot of re-bending to keep from rubbing on the underbody. All in all the install was easy. It helps to unhook the exhaust hangers to let it hang out of the way. Leave the couplers loose until you have all the lines in place to avoid misalignment. The brake lines on the HHRs are coated and did not need replacing. 11 year old Wisconsin car."

Lines are very good quality

"Lines are very good quality and are pre bent perfectly . Fittings supplied were all good quality as well . Instructions were a little vague could have been a little more informative as to which is the fuel line and which is the return line but I eventually figured it out . Had trouble connecting to my existing gas tank line and existing connector . Had to research and purchase this connector to complete the project ."

Excellent quality and fit, instructions OK

"The only difficulty I encountered on my 2009 HHR was removal of the stubborn fitting at the gas tank (the line was rusted). To gain better access I removed the three lines going to the plastic cannister and the tank filler hose. After a lot of effort with my plastic 3/8 Removal tool the tank fitting still wouldn’t come off. I finally used my Plastic 7/16 tool. Oversized, but it worked. My line removal tools are name brand , but I’ve never been impressed with their quality - they feel flimsy. In hindsight, I may have had better luck with the tool offered by linestogo. It appears to be heftier and is reasonably priced."
