Fuel Line Set 03 Buick LeSabre Custom 3.8L

Retainer Clips Included On Lines: The retainer clips provided on the replacement lines may not be needed. The replacement lines will plug into connectors which have retainer clips inside them.

Sometimes during removal of the OEM lines, the retainer clips inside the connectors may be damaged. If this is the case, you will need to leave the retainer clips on the replacement lines.

If the retainer clips remain inside the connector undamaged during removal of the OEM lines, you will not require the retainer clips provided on the replacement lines. The retainer clips will need to be removed before plugging into the connector. 

Nylon Line Attached to Vapor Line

The nylon line attached to the new vapor line is not a direct replacement. It is only a section of nylon line that will splice to the original nylon line on the vehicle.

On the opposite end of the original nylon line, there are connectors. These connectors may be damaged during removal. If so, we offer repair kits with new OEM connectors. These will, also, need to be spliced onto the original nylon line.

Lines are constructed from Galfan® coated steel tubing for rust protection with original equipment end forms and fittings and are CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) bent for an easy precise installation.

"These line were a god send. Superb quality! Every bend was exact, and the multi-piece design made installation easy. The flexible braided lines were a little bulky to manipulate, but went in place ok and look great. Highly recommended!!!"

over all good, I like the lines.

"Over all I like the new lines, they are easy to put in. Two things that i found. On a 2000 to 2005 buick lesabre One a 90 degree angle is needed for the rear line going to the charcoal box to connect the right way without the line bending to cut off the flow. The other thing is that you are going to need the plastic from the old fuel filter to snap it into the connector. The one on the new lines does not fit, seems too short too me. I've had the lines in for about half a week now and seem to be running well. Don't forget to bleed the line for air with them being new lines. Those two things where a one star take away, otherwise it would have been 5. I've been telling friends about this site. Shipping was fast and over all im very satisfied with the result from what i'm seeing so far. I don't use facebook or anything that company owns. Can't be trusted with changing people's pages and privacy problems in front of congress. If i could post how bad the old lines where here i would. The metal was flaking in the bends by the rear pass drivers side door. As well as near the fuel filter. Getting parts here is always a challenge and its great i found lines to go."
