Fuel Line Set 00 Buick LeSabre Custom 3.8L

Retainer Clips Included On Lines: The retainer clips provided on the replacement lines may not be needed. The replacement lines will plug into connectors which have retainer clips inside them.

Sometimes during removal of the OEM lines, the retainer clips inside the connectors may be damaged. If this is the case, you will need to leave the retainer clips on the replacement lines.

If the retainer clips remain inside the connector undamaged during removal of the OEM lines, you will not require the retainer clips provided on the replacement lines. The retainer clips will need to be removed before plugging into the connector. 

Nylon Line Attached to Vapor Line

The nylon line attached to the new vapor line is not a direct replacement. It is only a section of nylon line that will splice to the original nylon line on the vehicle.

On the opposite end of the original nylon line, there are connectors. These connectors may be damaged during removal. If so, we offer repair kits with new OEM connectors. These will, also, need to be spliced onto the original nylon line.

Lines are constructed from Galfan® coated steel tubing for rust protection with original equipment end forms and fittings and are CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) bent for an easy precise installation.

All hoses are made from Stainless Steel Braided Teflon with OE style fittings

This line set was great.

"This line set was great. Fit very well and easy to install. Fast shipping by todays standards (free 2-day option came to my place in small town SK in 3 business days). A couple install notes: - remove plastic clips that mated to old plastic quick connectors before snapping on new steel ends in this kit - I had one line (fuel return) that was extremely rusty. I could not get the connector for it near the rear wheel disconnected. Meanwhile fuel was siphoning out of the tank and dumping all over me as I tried. If you run into this, open the access hatch for the fuel pump located under the carpet in the trunk and disconnect the return line from it to stop the flow of fuel - due to the extreme rust, I couldn’t get that connection apart and had to order the braided hoses (6018-01A1). These also fit perfect but I had to remove the rear fuel tank strap bolt and pull the tank down as much as it allowed to get the hoses through."
