I ordered this kit for

"I ordered this kit for a 2001 Acura CL-S. Although Lines to Go did not list the CL on their site, the CL-S and the Accord share many parts. I did some research and learned that the Acura/Honda factory part numbers for the brakes lines are the same for both cars. I called customer service when I could not find a kit for the CL. The rep was very helpful and searched the factory part number which led to this kit. If you cannot find a kit for your car, find the factory part number and call to see if there is an interchange. Lines to Go also makes it possible to search the site for the factory part numbers on your own. The brake lines are well made and and the fitment is good. The lines come in sections with flared splices. Lines To Go put the splices in the correct places to make installation very easy. They color-code the splices and provide instructions. It took me about an hour per side to replace the lines (not including bleeding the lines). Note to CL/Accord owners: The annoying part of the project, which has absolutely nothing to do with this kit, is that the rear sub-frame must be lowered about 1 to 1.5 inches (25-38mm) to remove the brake line brackets. This is a Honda/Acura created issue, not a Lines to Go issue. There are two short lines in the kit that are unnecessary for the CL-S. The short lines run from the rear brake hoses to drum wheel cylinders on the Accord. My CL-S has rear disc brakes so the hoses connect directly to the calipers. Everything else in the kit is the same for both cars. I will be ordering the fuel line kit for my CL-S as the part numbers are the same for the Accord as well. Whether your Accord or your CL needs new brakes lines, you will be happy with these."
