Nylon Lines Between Fuel Lines and Fuel Tank:

Nylon lines between the fuel line and the fuel tank are not included. We do not make the nylon lines for this vehicle. However, you can purchase a nylon repair kit, 3069-01, which will attach to your existing nylon line providing a new connector for the supply and return lines to connect to.

Nylon Installation Instructions:

Step 1

Cut the new nylon hose in the same position as the original nylon hose.

Step 2

Cut the original nylon hose in the same position as the new nylon hose.

Step 3

Use the original nylon hose with connector and attach it with supplied union to the new nylon hose.

My Installation experience

"I installed the line set in my 2000 GMC Sierra 4x4 with a regular cab. The lines were a perfect fit and I can highly recommend them. The installation was a lot harder than I was expecting. Here is what I had to do. I removed the front driveshaft, transfer case shifter, and a small heat shield on the firewall. I also removed the rear transmission mount so I could lower the transmission a few inches. All this was to get clearance to jockey the lines around up to the rear of the engine. They are a very tight fit between the transmission and the cab. I already had the fuel tank out to replace the fuel pump and that gave some extra clearance for the rear section of the lines. I hope this info can help someone out doing the same job. If I had known what I needed to remove I could have done the job in a lot less time."

Very good quality. Difficult installation

"Very good quality. Difficult installation in tight conditions, but anything would be. Being able to install each line individually is helpful. Attached to tank and engine compartment with no leaks. We did have a communication problem though. I also needed the nylon EVAP line to the engine. I specified that when I ordered and was told it was included, only to find that it was not. When I called back, I was told that you don't include that. This makes it difficult to do the complete job with your products. Had to order the EVAP line from the dealer. Thanks for a very good product."

I had a few issues

"I had a few issues with this project, first 2 of the flex lines where not in the box when I received it. After sending an a message, the 2 lines were at my door the next day, great customer service. The only other issue was the supply line was missing one bend but I was able to bend the line manually. In the end, the price was good and the product worked well."
