Nylon Lines Between Fuel Lines and Fuel Tank:

Nylon lines between the fuel line and the fuel tank are not included. We do not make the nylon lines for this vehicle. However, you can purchase a nylon repair kit, 3069-01, which will attach to your existing nylon line providing a new connector for the supply and return lines to connect to.

Nylon Installation Instructions:

Step 1

Cut the new nylon hose in the same position as the original nylon hose.

Step 2

Cut the original nylon hose in the same position as the new nylon hose.

Step 3

Use the original nylon hose with connector and attach it with supplied union to the new nylon hose.

Lines fit well, and the

"Lines fit well, and the only way to get a 4wd line set installed is in two pieces. Needed to make one or two slight bends and aside from that, installation was difficult but went well. Had difficulties with nylon connectors and tech support was great and walked me through the difficulty. Suggestions would be to advise 4WD owners to drop the front driveshaft out of the way (I let mine hang). Would also be nice to have OEM line clamps to install with the new line set."

Had a 02 GMC 1500

"Had a 02 GMC 1500 in the shop with very corroded & weak gas lines, the lines have been patched with hoses & clamps from a previous owner, with the high fuel system pressure in this vehicle this is definitely a no no, also the in line gas filter line fittings were even round off from someone not being able to remove the rusted in line gas filter that was over due in needing a replacement. Someone told me about Lines to Go.Com so I looked them up on the internet, what a great selection of replacement pre bent steel gas lines & hoses from 1982 to 2010, they even have pre bent steel brake lines, I called & ordered a replacement gas line set for this vehicle with the 2 day shipping; Walla 2 days later the pre bent gas line set with a new in line gas filter arrived, they installed & fit perfectly from the engine fuel rail connections all the way back to the fuel pump module fittings, all the hoses required to connect pre bent steel lines & snap fitting fit like a charm, what ever was needed was included in the set for the great low price. If unsure of Lines to Go pricing just check what other suppliers get for a set of pre bent gas lines. Don't hesitate or try and cobble those high pressure rusted old gas lines, replace them from ( Lines to Go.Com ) you won't be sorry. WJS"
