Nylon Line Attached to Vapor Line
The nylon line attached to the new vapor line is not a direct replacement. It is only a section of nylon line that will splice to the original nylon line on the vehicle.
On the opposite end of the original nylon line, there are connectors. These connectors may be damaged during removal. If so, we offer repair kits with new OEM connectors. These will, also, need to be spliced onto the original nylon line.

Routing the lines
Posted by Dirty Dave on 22nd Jun 2018
SAFETY : bleed line pressure if any, don’t smoke, use appropriate jack stands and chok wheels. Remove front drivers wheel to create access. Uninstall defective line set. (squeeze plastic connections to remove no special tools required). Guide rear section of front line set down around rack/pinion and subframe. Then carefully guide engine connections up past brake booster( hard lines may require slight bending ). Trim vapor line to needed length make the connection and attach the supply/return. Install gang line plastic clips. Complete rear line set install. Tighten all fittings using flare nut wrenches and engage quick connectors (no special tools needed with quick connections, line up tabs and push with light pressure, I use a very light amount of WD40 on dry lines). With an assistant start engine and inspect for leaks. Have fun with the money you saved.
